doyersbeast wins it all
The Story
doyersbeast named their team "Tanked for a chip" before a single snap was played in this league. In 2025, that bet cashed. They went 10-4, made the playoffs, and dismantled jakeschwartz 159.64–114.44 in the championship. The tank paid off, exactly as advertised.
The boldest move came in week 9. doyersbeast had just used the 1.01 pick on Ashton Jeanty in the rookie draft — then shipped him to MrEton for Justin Jefferson. A proven veteran over the hottest rookie in the class. By February it looked like genius. Jefferson delivered when it mattered; Jeanty was learning the job on MrEton's roster.
pedick came into the playoffs as the 1 seed (11-3 regular season) and ran straight into jakeschwartz, who put up 162.10 in one of the better semi-final upsets the league has seen. jakeschwartz had all week to feel good about that — then doyersbeast showed up to the final and won by 45 points.
The contrast at the bottom was stark. grffnboss went 1-13, the worst single-season record in league history, and finished with fewer points scored than any team in any year. The Trash Tank name earned its billing from both ends of the rebuild conversation.
MrEton's dominant run
The Story
MrEton went 12-2. In a 12-team league where everyone has talent, going 12-2 is not supposed to happen. MrEton did it, then backed it up in the playoffs, beating pedick 144.86–132.10 in the championship. No asterisk on this one. andrewmcorral also went 12-2 — the only other team in league history to match that mark — but a tiebreaker kept them out of the top seed.
The biggest transaction of the year didn't involve MrEton. Week 1: SweetSweet shipped CeeDee Lamb and Josh Jacobs to DeezNutz02 in exchange for Jaylen Waddle and three future first-round picks (2025, 2026, 2027). DeezNutz02 went win-now; SweetSweet went full rebuild. Both lived with that decision all year. Neither won the championship.
The game of the year was doyersbeast's week 11 performance: 180.50 against SweetSweet's 60.70. A 119.8-point margin is the widest in league history. doyersbeast wasn't winning the championship in 2024, but they were announcing what was coming.
pedick takes the inaugural crown
The Story
The first season ended the way the standings suggested: pedick, dominant from the jump, lifted the inaugural trophy with a 132.62–114.88 win over andrewmcorral. pedick ran an eight-game winning streak at one point, tied with andrewmcorral at 11-3 for the best regular-season record, and converted that dominance into hardware. The dynasty's first chapter wrote itself.
Week 3 is the moment everyone remembers. JustinG66 put up 222.74 points — still the highest single-game score in league history by a massive margin. Not a fluky 150. A number that made people double-check the scoring settings. Real Bros of Simi Valley couldn't sustain it over the season, but that score sits permanently in the record books.
bradysballzfdf was the Cinderella. As the 12th seed, they won two playoff rounds and made the final four before falling short. It was the kind of debut-season run that earns you years of trash-talk ammunition. The trade that mattered: pedick acquired CJ Stroud from doyersbeast in week 10 for Khalil Herbert and future picks. Stroud was ascending; Herbert was fading. It paid off through the playoff run.
